Tipsy Pudding

packet (16oz) chocolate chip and hazelnut cookies |

large tin of custard |

oz chocolate (plain or milk) |

pt double cream |

Sherry |
Melt
the chocolate and add 4 tablespoons of custard.
Dip
individual biscuits well in a saucer of sherry and sandwich together with the
chocolate and custard mixture to make piles of three.
Stand
the piles close together in a low glass dish.
Sprinkle
with extra sherry and cover well with a cream and custard mixture.
Chill
well and decorate with piped cream.
